OUR FAMILY
I
want to give many Christmas greetings to you, and our wish that the New Year
2014 it will be so blessed to all. Also we want to give many thanks to you again
for your love, care and economic support for us. Thank so much for your prayers
and pretty ministry partnership with us during 2013. It was a great experience
to serve together in the Kingdom of God.
We
are doing well under the grace of our Lord Jesus. We are going to get nineteen
years of marriage, in February 2014. My wife Anita is a little tired and she wants to stay more time in our home
with our daughters. Pray for her please, because is very hard to be a
missionary and mother too.
Michelle is studying,
at the Ecuadorian Central University (public
service) successfully, for to be a Dentist. Genesis is growing wonderfully and continues her high School. In
one year more she will be finishing her program and preparing to the
University. Galilee and Bethlehem are growing well and singing in
the Franz
Listz Conservatory Chorus. Praise to the Lord for our all daughters,
they are very smart, good believers a very commitment in our missionary
ministry.
Please, continue praying for us, and helping
us with our economic support. If you want to help us, or you know potential
donors for us, please tell us. We need to grow urgently our economic support
for 2014. We need to create a special fund for the University of our Daughters.

OUR MINISTRY
Here
the special ministry summery during this last year:
·
Anita is the Counselor of the Youth
Ministry in our UBC. Also she is working pastoral counseling with several wives
and teenagers. Also she is helping with
this ministry in other local churches.
·
Joselito continues teaching in the Ecuadorian
Baptist Theological Seminary in Quito.
·
He is serving also teaching in the Reaching
& Teaching Baptist Bible Institute, in Cañar (indigenous province),
academic program for indigenous pastor and leaders.
·
Joselito published with SBPH from El
Paso-TX, USA, his recent book Relational Biblical Ethics (http://issuu.com/arlobc/docs/__tica_b__blica_relacional).
We had many good commentaries about this new contribution.
·
We are cooperating with the IMB and Ingleside Baptist Church, from Macon GA,
as speakers in the annual Regional Conference for Pastors in Huaraz-Peru, every
January.
·
Joselito is the Field Director of the Charles
Spurgeon Baptist School from the University Baptist Church, since July
2013 (this is part of my job with UBC)
·
We are Itinerant speakers in many
places like: Congress; intensive seminars; etc.
·
Joselito is writing eventually to the Spanish
Baptist Publishing House, from El Paso TX-USA. He is preparing two new
books now.
·
We continue working with missionaries
groups from USA around of my country five mission’s trips less, every year.
MISCELLANEOUS
·
Since October 2013 Joselito is the
Legal Representative to Ecuador, of the Reaching & Teaching International
Ministries, from KY-USA; cooperating fraternally with my big friend Dr. David Sills, president and founder
(http://www.reachingandteaching.org/).
·
As you know, I continue my standard job
–part
time- like Co-pastor in our home church (UBC and CSBS), and Anita
is very involved with the youth ministry and pastoral counseling for wives and
girls. We receive for this ministry job only the 20% of our real family budget.
·
Joselito graduated of his Ministry
Doctoral program in June 2013, with Vision International University. It
was possible thanks a special scholarship.
OUR PRAYERS REQUEST & NEEDS
·
For protection,
provision, and direction to my family.
·
For my personal health.
·
Continue praying for
our economic support and the possibility urgent to get new donors. This issue
is so urgent for us…! We have only the fifty percent of our desired budget.
·
For a special university fund to my daughters.
·
For our visas to the USA because we need to go
there to visit our donors, and to get our support and grow our missionary
budget.
·
Continue praying for
the endorsement process of Reaching & Teaching International
Ministries in Ecuador. That’s very important for our indigenous ministry.
·
For my future book project about Healthy
Christian Marriages.
·
For the possibility
to teach in summers seasons, in the Bolivian Baptist Theological Seminary
(Cochabamba) in 2014. They are waiting for me five years ago when I was there,
but I don’t have many for that.
·
For that we need to
get ministry funds (medical
assurance, car maintenance, etc.)
Thanks again for your attention and love for us. With love in Christ,
Joselito
& Anita Orellana (Gal,
2:20)

Words from PMM Inc.
Art Patray, president from PMM Inc., say:
Thank you Hermano Joselito for your good ministry report for last year. I pray for all your needs and know our Loving Lord is keeping you in His Strong Hands. He will meet all your needs and more because He Loves you more than you know.
God will bless Anita magnificently for spending additional time with the girls as they need her very much at their ages. When you put your wife and children first, you are putting the Lord first. He stresses the point about training our children. You and Anita have done a very good job with your children and it is obvious. Keep up the good work!
Thank you again for the good report Joselito. Warm blessings to Anita and the girls.
Hermano Art
Dear Joselito,
Every month I am so awed by the many works that you and Anita do, especially including raising four daughters. It pains me to look at all the organizations you work for and with and to know that you only receive half of what is needed for a proper life for the family. (...) Blessings
