PMM Inc., USA. Annual Report of Joselito and Anita Orellana

Family. 2018 was an at once very challenging ministry but also enriching and full of blessings. We took the gospel, biblical teaching, theological education, and pastoral care of the family to thousands of people through various media. These include radio; TV; Internet; books; conferences; missionary trips; and, expository preaching.
Our family is fine, thanks to the Lord; we serve together in the Kingdom of God, enjoying its challenges and blessings.
Thanks to our PMM Inc. family in the U.S., especially to our board members and to Palm Ecuador for their care, love, and prayers, Anita and I, we will celebrate 24 years of marriage on February 25/2019. Praise God!
Ministry
1. Leadership and administration in the Board of Directors
of PALM Ecuador (Anita: secretary; Joselito: spokesman)
2. Legal representation of the FRTE (the subsidiary of the U.S.-based Reaching and Teaching International Ministries.)
3. Supporting Radio HCJB through interviews and programs (Home, Pastoral Notes, Family Life and Latin America Forum) Also, ministerial conferences on marriage and family in several Ecuadorian and U.S. cities.
5. Joselito participated in the Expolit Christian literature
congress, Miami – USA, August 7-14. (Made contacts with several
publishers such as: EMH-CBP, B & H, Life Way, etc.)
6. Ministry in churches: Canaan Baptist Church of NY; Iglesia Bautista Jesus el Camino of Otavalo; Iglesia Bautista Rey de Vida of Santo Domingo; Iglesia Alianza Evangelica of Cumbayá; Iglesia Independente Jehovah Tu Sanador of San Pablo, Imbabura; Iglesia Bautista el Eden of Pedro Vicente Maldonado; and Iglesia Bautista Roca Grande of Alluriquín.
7. Teaching intensive theological courses in various theological entities.

8. International missionary trips: USA (Miami, August 7-14; and, New York, October 2- 24)
9. Marriage and family counseling and therapy; pastoral mentoring; and, other crisis situations in the leadership.
10. Consulting and support to Biblica Intl. and several projects and programs, such as in Asomavision TV. 11. Consulting support to CLC, as well as on videos and programs.
Special Successes in Our Family
1. Anita processed some pending issues with her brothers, especially with her brother Israel, who has rediscovered his faith and personal relationship with Christ.
2. Michelle finished her dentistry education at the UCE. Now she is in the phase of clinical practices, and preparation of her thesis. 3. Genesis is enrolled in her seventh semester of PUCE (Clinical Psychology), and remains a member of the choir of the U.
4. Galilea graduated from high school with the highest academic honors, and is in the second semester of PUCE, (Biology).
5. Bethlehem is in the 10th grade; she continues with the Amarkanto choir, and traveled to Brazil and Argentina in November to participate in a choir festival, and to take academic music classes.
6. Joselito continues writing books: Thanatology; Femicidio; and, Bible. He also attained his Master in Bioethics (MB) from the European University
of the Atlantic, (UEA). Santander - Spain.
Projections and Goals for 2019
1. Anita to get involved in ministry of a Christian Orphanage, in Quito.
2. Process invitations for missionary trips to
countries such as Chile, Peru, Cuba,
Venezuela, Mexico, Spain and the U.S.
3. Consolidate the ministry that we started in 2017 between the Hispanic Baptist churches of NY, and now also in New Jersey and other non-Hispanic congregations in Texas and Florida.

4. Publish my new book, Jesus & Femicide, in either Ecuador or the U.S.
5. Publish in either Ecuador or the U.S. the second edition of the book, Matrimonios & Familias Saludables (Healthy Marriages & Families). This will depend on the ministry fund!
6. Continue with our Radio ministry in HCJB, supporting production of family programs and perhaps with our own monthly program.

FAMILIA

El 2018 fue un período de ministerio muy desafiante, pero enriquecedor y bendecidor. Hemos llegado con el mensaje del evangelio, la enseñanza de la Biblia, la educación teológica, y la cobertura pastoral a la familia; a miles de personas a través de varios medios como: radio; TV; internet; libros; conferencias; viajes misioneros; y, predicación expositiva. Nuestra familia está bien, gracias al Señor; sirviendo juntos en el Reino de Dios, disfrutando de sus desafíos y bendiciones.

Gracias a nuestra familia de PMM Inc. USA, en especial a nuestros jefes de la Junta Mayor USA; y Palm Ecuador por su cobertura, amor, y oraciones. En febrero 25, Anita y yo, cumpliremos 24 años de matrimonio. ¡Alabado sea Dios!

MINISTERIO

1. Liderazgo y administración en la Junta Directiva de PALM Ecuador (Anita: secretaria; Joselito: vocal)

3. Apoyando por medio de entrevistas y programas en HCJB radio (En casa; Apuntes Pastorales; Vida en familia hoy; foro latinoamericano, etc.)
4. Congresos ministeriales sobre matrimonios y familias, en varias ciudades de ECU y USA.
5. Joselito participó en el congreso de Expolit, Miami - USA: agosto 7-14 (contactos con varias editoras como: EMH-CBP; B&H; Life Way, etc.)
6. Ministerio eclesial: Igl. Bta. Canaán de NY-USA; Igl. Bta. Jesús el Camino de Otavalo; Igl. Bta. Rey de Vida de Santo Domingo; Igl. Evangélica Alianza de Cumbayá; Igl. Independiente Jehová tu Sanador de San Pablo, Imbabura; Igl. Bta. El Edén de Pedro Vicente Maldonado; e Igl. Bta. La Roca Grande de Alluriquín.
7. Enseñando cursos teológicos intensivos, eventualmente, en varias entidades teológicas.
8. Viajes misioneros internacionales: USA (Miami, Agosto 7-14; y, New York, Octubre 2-24)
9. Consejería y terapia matrimonial-familiar; mentoreo pastoral; y, otras situaciones de crisis en el liderazgo.
10. Apoyo a Biblica Intl., en consultorías, y varios proyectos y programas, como en Asomavisión TV.
11. Apoyo a CLC en consultorías, videos y programas.

LOGROS ESPECIALES DE NUESTRA FAMILIA

1. Anita procesó algunas asuntos pendientes con sus hermanos, especialmente con su hermano Israel, que ha retomado su fe y relación personal con Cristo.
2. Michelle terminó su carrera de Odontología en la UCE. Está en la fase de prácticas clínicas, y elaboración de su tesis de grado.
3. Génesis está cursando en su séptimo semestre de la PUCE (Psicología Clínica), y sigue siendo miembro del coro de la U.
4. Galilea se graduó de Bachiller con los máximos honores académicos, y está en segundo semestre de la PUCE, (Biología).
5. Belén está en décimo grado; sigue con el coro Amarkanto, y viajó a Brazil y Argentina, en noviembre, para participar en un festival de coros, y tomar clases académicas de música.
6. Joselito continúa escribiendo varios libros sobre: Tanatología; Femicidio; y, Biblia. Y también se graduó de su Máster en Bioética (MB) de la Universidad Europea del Atlántico, (UEA). Santander - España.

PROYECCIONES Y METAS 2019

1. Anita, involucrarse en ministerio de Orfanato cristiano, en Quito.
2. Procesar invitaciones a viajes misioneros, a países como: Chile, Perú, Cuba, Venezuela, México, España y USA.
3. Consolidar el ministerio que empezamos en 2017 entre las iglesias hispanas bautistas de NY, y ahora también en NJ-USA, y otras congregaciones anglosajonas de TX y FL.
4. Publicar en ECU o USA mi nuevo libro sobre Femicidio.
5. Publicar en ECU o USA, la segunda edición del libro Matrimonios & Familias Saludables. ¡Esto dependerá del fondo de ministerio!
6. Consolidar nuestro ministerio de Radio en HCJB, apoyando la producción de los programas familiares, y quizá con un propio programa mensual.
