Testimony from R&TIM about Ministry's Joselito

    REACHING & TEACHING INTERNATIONAL MINISTRIES, USA.

To Palm Missionary Ministries,

I am pleased to write and confirm that Joselito Orellana is a valuable partner in Reaching & Teaching International Ministries. Joselito serves as a key coordinator on the ground for us in Ecuador. He helps identify the potential ministry locations where we bring teams. He also makes initial contact with the Ecuadorian pastors with whom we will be working and helps maintain those relationships after we have gone back to the United States. He often accompanies us on our short-term teaching trips, joining along in the work with those from the United States. He is an encouragement to our teams as well as a great source of information and support for the work we do.

In addition to the work Joselito does with Reaching & Teaching, I’ve often had occasion to work with him on other ministry assignments. For instance, he served with me in Peru earlier this year, teaching for a weeklong pastoral training conference in conjunction with several different ministries. In all of these experiences I know Joselito to be dedicated, faithful, and extraordinarily hard working. We are grateful for his partnership.

1.       Profesor titular del Seminario Teológico Bautista del Ecuador (STBE)

2.       Profesor de la Escuela de Ministerio (programa adscrito al STBE, y dirigido a: Pastores y líderes indígenas en el Cañar (Ingapirca)

·         Anita está mejor de salud y buscando un trabajo para apoyo del presupuesto familiar. Michelle esta concluyendo suficiencia de inglés en la Politécnica Nacional y arrancó Odontología en la UC. Génesis cumplirá 15 años en marzo. Galilea y Belén van muy bien en sus estudios. Michelle, Génesis y Galilea hicieron su Pacto de Pureza Sexual. Joselito está haciendo otro doctorado (énfasis Misiología) y espera terminarlo en 2013. Anita y yo cumpliremos 18 años de casados.

·         Apoyamos eventos de la Iglesia, Grupos de USA etc., con: Mimo, teatro, títeres, música, juegos, predicación y enseñanza.

·         Estudios bíblicos expositivos en la misión de IBU en Calderón.

·         Grupos de USA, con: GOI Intl., IMB-SBC., R&TIM Inc., dentro y fuera del país. Michelle está sirviendo como traductora.

MOTIVOS DE ORACIÓN:

·         Tenemos el 50% de nuestro soporte económico. Favor de orar por el incremento

·         Gratitud por el lanzamiento de la Biblia de Estudio Mundo Hispano, por la Casa Bautista de Publicaciones en EXPOLIT; Miami, Mayo 2012. Joselito escribió las notas exegéticas, artículos y comentarios de Mateo y de Lucas.

PROYECCIONES ESPECIALES 2013:

·         Lanzamiento de un nuevo libro de Joselito: Ética Bíblica Relacional, por CBP.

·         Enseñar en Seminarios, o Congresos pastorales regionales y nacionales en: Perú (Huaraz, Lima y Huancayo); Bolivia (Cochabamba); Panamá; y Venezuela (Puerto Ordaz)

·         Terminar el libro sobre: Matrimonios Saludables, y publicarlo con la CBP.
